Alright Norman Rockwell buffs, you'll love this one... Norman Rockwell's son Tom (Thomas) Rockwell came in last week for breakfast to Rockwell's in Villa Park! He seemed to want his privacy because he waited until he and his family where done with their meals before pulling his server aside and offering this pin which he signed "Thomas Rockwell."
I am thrilled to think that anyone from the Rockwell family has been to Rockwell's in Villa Park to enjoy some of our delicious products.
For those of you who don't know the name "Rockwell's" was used to create a sense of family, for our family and neighborhood style cafe. Ninety percent of the Rockwell artwork and plates, etc have been brought in by guest who simply want to see others enjoy their Norman Rockwell items that might have otherwise had a lifetime of enjoyment wasted in a basement or attic.
